Green Pepper with Fermented Black Beans
Ingredients
2 green bell peppers, 1T fermented black beans, 2 black mushrooms (shredded)
Seasoning
1T soy sauce, 1T salt, 1T sugar
Method
1. Rinse and cut green bell peppers into sections
2. Sock fermented black beans with a small bowl of water
3. Stir-fry black mushroom with sugar
4. Reduce heat to low, add soy sauce, stir until fragrant
5. Add fermented black beans and water
6. Add green bell peppers, stir, put cover on until vapor occurs
7. Stir again until green bell peppers become tender
Veggie shrimps with mixed vegetables
Ingredients
1 cucumber, 1/4 jicama, 1/2 carrot, 10 veggie shrimps, 1/2 can of kernels
Seasoning
Sugar, salt, vegetarian oyster sauce, cornstarch
Method
1.
Use a wave shape knife to slice cucumbers, jicamas and carrots into similar sizes
2. Rinse kernels, drain
3. Heat oil in wok, stir-fry #1
4. Add a little sugar, salt and water, cover on vapor occurs
5. Add kernels and vegetarian shrimps
6. Drizzle some oyster sauce, stir-fry, cover on to bring to boiling
7. Add 1T cornstarch solution, serve
Ingredients
Mushroom, Burdock, Oriental white radish, Lotus seed, Carrot (Taro can substitute for burdock)
Seasoning
White pepper 1 T, 5 spices powder 1 T, little cooking oil, thin soy sauce
Method
1. Slice all ingredients to small pieces
2. Add 1 spoon of cooking oil to frying pan, add slices of mushroom, deep pan-fry, add sugar, white pepper and 5 spices powder
3. Reduce heat, add little think soy sauce until…, add other ingredient. Pan-fry with rice until fully cooked.
Ingredients
4 Tofu Skin, 2 sheet of Seaweeds, 4 pieces of sliced Cheese, Vegetarian Ham
Sauce
1Tsp. Flour, 1Tsp. Soy Paste
Method
1.Slice Vegetarian Ham into rounded pieces
2.Spread out tofu skin out and half sheet of seaweed. Then put the tofu skin on the top of seaweed and brush the tofu skin with soy paste
3.Put a piece of sliced cheese and vegetarian ham on the top of tofu skin
4.Roll up into a cylinder
5.Use the plastic wrap to wrap the roll and steam it for 10mins
6.Cut into thick slices and serve
Ingredients
1 square tofu, 1 can of straw mushroom and basil to taste
Sauce
1/4 Tsp. sugar, 2 Tsp. soy sauce, 3 Tsp. vegetarian oyster sauce
Method
1.Slice tofu, deep-fry in smoking oil until golden, remove, drain
2.Heat 1 T. oil in wok, put tofu in the wok and line straw mushroom on the top, and add some water to cover tofu
3.Sprinkle all seasons. When the water boils, change to medium heat, and simmer for a short while until flavor is absorbed. Serve.
Five Color Veggie Bundle Soup (Serves 8)
Ingredients
1 bamboo shoot, 3 dried black mushrooms, 2 pieces of veggie ham, 2 pieces of pickled mustard tube, carrots (reasonable amount), 1 bundle of long strands bottle gourd melon (Optional substitute burdock, tiger lily buds, pickled mustard-green)
Seasons
Salt, black pepper to taste
Method
1.Slice bamboo shoot, 2 dried black mushrooms, veggie ham, 1 pickled mustard tube and carrot into strips.
2.Stir-fry veggie ham
3.
Tie each of the ingredients into a small bundle with long strands of
bottle gourd melon.
4.
Shred the extra mushroom and pickled mustard tube, and stir fry with soy sauce, cook until fragrant
5. Add 7 cups of water to the pan, bring to boil, and cook veggie bundles. Serve.
